Booking Details

Booking deposit (non-refundable) of £150 per week - with balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period

• Prices are based on six persons sharing
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am
• Rental Saturday – Saturday (except by special arrangement)
• During peak season - July/ August -all rentals are Saturday - Saturday
• Minimum stay is three nights - available October - May. Includes Bank Holidays, Jazz & Blues, Festivals (excluding Christmas/New Year and Easter)
• Maximum stay is two weeks - no long term rentals
• Refundable damage deposit payable -£150 per week, this will be returned to you provided the property is left clean, tidy and undamaged
