Booking Details

Rental tariffs are in Euros. The Sterling equivalents are given only to indicate the equivalent rate. The amount payable is the amount equivalent at the time of booking or final payment.

Booking deposit (non-refundable) of 25% - with balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.

• rental Sat – Sat except by special arrangement
• weekends from 3pm on day of arrival to 3pm on day of departure unless otherwise arranged

What's Included

• linen for all beds and use of all facilities including the Hot Tub on the rear patio
• NEW for 2022 Electric and Oil (Central heating) are included in the above prices but meters will be read before and after each booking and we reserve the right to charge for excessive use

• towels
• We reserve the right where extra large groups use the house to levy an extra charge for laundry, if it is incurred.
